Relief Support Provided to Flood-Affected Families from Gosaikunda Rural Municipality, Rasuwa
HELP NEPAL Network provided relief support to 17 flood-affected families from Gosaikunda Rural Municipality, Rasuwa, who are currently residing in Godawari, Lalitpur.
The relief support included 17 gas stoves, 17 hygiene kits, 22 boxes of noodles, 16 boxes of biscuits, 37 packets of mineral water, beaten rice (Chiura), Dalmoth, Lito (baby food), Phurandana, juice, and essential medicines including ORS and Cetamol. In addition, each family received essential food supplies, including 25 kg of rice, 1 kg of dal, 1 packet of salt, and 1 litre of cooking oil.
Each hygiene kit contained essential personal hygiene and health supplies, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, sanitary pads, nail cutters, WaterGuard, Betadine, cotton rolls, sanitizer, Cetamol, Jeevan Jal, and toilet paper.
The relief support aimed to address the immediate hygiene, food, health, and household needs of families affected by the recent floods and provide them with essential assistance while they remain displaced from their homes.
