Special Awareness and Counseling Session for Mothers at HELP NEPAL Health Post, Mugu
As part of our monthly village outreach program, a special awareness and counseling session was conducted, in coordination with the Health Section of Chhayanath Rara Municipality held at Pina Health Post in Chhayanath Rara Municipality, the session focused on mothers in the “Sunaulo Hajar Dinka Ama” period — the crucial time from pregnancy to a child’s second birthday. This period plays a vital role in shaping a child’s long-term health and development.
The interactive program provided valuable counseling on essential nutrients and dietary needs during pregnancy and early childhood. The session was successfully completed with the active participation of health workers, Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs), and staff from HELP Nepal Health Post,Mugu.
