Project Description: Bal Sarathi is driven by the agenda to support and help children with limited opportunities. They believe in supporting children who would not have such opportunities otherwise like those living in the slum areas, who are often stigmatized and ridiculed.

HeNN was offered to partner with Bal Sarathi to financially support 91 students that attend the organisation. With the support of HeNN, Bal Sarathi aimed to provide stationaries, free lunch, uniform, clean water to the students. HeNN USA provided a total of NRs. 4,51, 700 to them to help them. The money was disbursed to Bal Sarathi in three instalment, the second instalment was provided after the submission of the progress and financial report of the first phase. The last instalment was provided after the financial report submission.

Post project, Bal Sarathi admitted 50 new students, while sending 10 other students to boarding schools with scholarship. Along with that, the school purchased office chair, table, desk and benches, telephone line etc. to improve the environment for students.
