PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Simpani Higher Secondary School was established in 1952 and later on the school was upgraded to high school in 2004. It is totally government donated and community managed institution. Khotang is a very remote district.

Simpani VDC was electrified only a couple of years ago. After the electrification, students and local residents were very enthusiastic to gain knowledge on information and technology to cope with the 21st century demands.

The school management had heard about HeNN’s eLibrary project and they approached us requesting for a support to establish the eLibrary so that students can learn computer and at the same time use the facility as a library as well.

HeNN helped in establishment of the library, which, accordingly the school, has hugely helped students gain knowledge.
