In response to COVID-19 pandemic, HELP NEPAL Network started the COVID-19 relief distribution program in collaboration with a number of partners including the ‘Alliance For Peace’, ‘Red Cross Society’, ‘Yes to Change’, ‘Nepal Manab Sewa Samiti’ ‘Ramechhap Business and Professional Women’ and ‘Support In Nepal’. The program started in the month of May  and is still going on smoothly. The main objective of this program was to prevent the disease from spreading by providing COVID kits.  The package includes soaps and masks which helps people practice good hygiene and prevent the  disease.  HeNN handed over relief packages to respective organizations which actively worked and helped to distribute in different districts of Nepal, such as Sindupalchowk, Tanahun, Kavre, Dolakha, Ramechhap and Achham. The distribution program was successfully completed with the help of partner organisations.

The MOU with the collaborating partners has already been done and required documents as per the agreement has been collected for the record.

1. On 25th April, 2021, Help Nepal Network (Nepal)  handed over 600 pieces of masks to ‘Alliance for Peace’. The relief packages were distributed in Bhanu Municipality of Tanahun District.
2. On 4th June, 2021, Help Nepal Network (Nepal) handed over 1,000 pieces of masks to Mighty Garuda Charitable Trust, Gokarneshwor-05, Jorpati, Kathmandu.The relief packages were distributed in Gokarneshwor-05, Jorpati, Kathmandu.
3. On 8th June, 2021, Help Nepal Network (Nepal) handed over 2016 pieces of soap and 2,500 pieces of mask to Loktantrik Yuwa Sanjal. The relief packages were distributed in Tamakoshi Rural Municipality, Ward No. 3 of Dolakha district.
4. On 9th June, 2021, Help Nepal Network (Nepal) handed over 2,000 pieces of soap and 12,000 pieces of masks to Nepal Red Cross Society.  The relief packages were  distributed in Indrawati Rural Municipality of Sindupalchowk district.                                                                                               
5.  On 9th June, 2021, Help Nepal Network (Nepal) handed over 1,000 pieces of soap and 2,000 pieces of masks to Yes to Change. The relief packages were  handed over to ‘DCWC Community Hospital’ of  ‘Chauri Deurali’ Rural Municipality, Ward No. 1 of Kavre district.                   
6. On 10th June, 2021, Help Nepal Network (Nepal)  handed over 7,000 pieces of masks to G.P. Koirala Adhyan Kendra, Baniyatar-7, Kathmandu. The relief packages were distributed in Abukhereni Municipality of Tanahun District.
7. On 11th June, 2021, Help Nepal Network (Nepal) handed over 1,000 pieces of soap and 1,000 pieces of masks to ‘Nepal Manab Sewa Samiti,’ Gaushala-09, Kathmandu. The relief packages were distributed in Sanfebagar Municipality, Ward No. 9, of Achham district.
8. On 20th June ,2021,  Help Nepal Network (Nepal) handed over 1,500 pieces of masks to ‘ Ramechhap Business and Professional Women’, Ramechhap. The relief packages were distributed in Ramechhap district.
9. On 20th of June ,2021,  Help Nepal Network (Nepal), handed over Covid-19 relief packages  to ‘Support In Nepal’. The relief package will be distributed in Nilkantha Municipality of Dhading district.
10. On 29th June, 2021,  Help Nepal Network (Nepal) handed over 4,000 pieces of masks and 1,000 pieces of soap to ‘ Nepal Agriculture Worker Union’. The relief packages were distributed in affected areas of Taplejung district.
11. On 29th June, 2021,  Help Nepal Network (Nepal), handed over 30 pieces of Solar Light to ‘ Nepal Red-cross Society’. The solar lights were distributed in affected areas of Helambu Rural Municipality of Sindupalchwok district.
