Shree Bom Bahadur Ghalel Lower Secondary School, located in Lwang Ghalel-5 of Kaski district, was established in 1968 as a primary school and was later upgraded to lower secondary level in 2009. The school did not have a traditional library. It reached out to HeNN for support to set up a school library. HeNN handed over books and educational materials to the school and released the first installment of the financial support from HeNN UK after signing a MoU with the school.

The school also built a water tank with the money left over from the project.
