On January 1st, 2025, during the outreach program, Help Nepal Health Post, Mugu, provided much-needed medical assistance to 56-year-old Pema Lama, an unmarried woman from Rowa Village, Ward No. 11, Chhayanath Municipality. Pema had been suffering from cold, cough, and asthma. 

Due to the lack of nearby healthcare facilities and the 5-6 hour journey to the district hospital, along with her inability to walk, local representatives reached out to Help Nepal Health Post for assistance. As part of the monthly village clinic program, Help Nepal Health Post Rara, Mugu, was able to visit the village and administer the necessary treatment and medication to support Pema’s health.
