HeNN’s Earthquake Relief Effort Update (May 19, 2015)
Dear Help Nepal Network members and supporters worldwide,
We have raised approximately US $470,000 in HNN’s Earthquake Relief Fund as of now.
HNN USA wired US $125,000 to Nepal as the second installment of relief funds last Friday, which brings the total funds wired to Nepal by HNN USA to US $160,000.
Here is the Activity Report for May 17th and May 18th. Our team deployed the following relief materials:
May 17th 2015
1. Kadambash, Kanchowk. Food, Medication and Sanitation Supplies. Led by HeNN volunteers.
2. Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur. Plastic Tent and Medication. Led by HeNN volunteers.
3. Bhuchafedi VDC, Dolakha. Food, Medication and Sanitation Supplies. In partnership with Nepal Gautam Buddha YuwaSamuha.
4. Lubu VDC, Lalitpur. Sanitation Supplies. In partnership with Beam of Hope.
5. Shovabhagwati, Kathmandu. Plastic tent and Sanitation Supplies. Led by HeNN volunteers.
6. Panchkhal Municipality-13, Kavre. Medication and Sanitation Supplies. Led by HeNN volunteers.
May 18th 2015
