Shree Janata Higher Secondary School was established in 1957 as a community school and later was upgraded to higher secondary school.

The school consists of 1,271 students and 18 teachers. Currently, CIT (Center for Information Technology) is coordinating with NITC (National Information Technology Center) to provide technical support to the school.

The school planned to construct a building to run computer classes and with the help of School Management Committee and Village Development Committee, the school is constructing the building but the project faced the obstacles because of the monitory constrain. Hence, they approached HeNN to complete the building.

HeNN decided to provide USD 4225.35/- in three installments and the rest of the money will be managed by the local community itself.

With the first and second installment of USD 2787.74 provided, the concrete roofing and the plaster of the staircase of the building has been completed.

HeNN has already provided the third installment of USD 1382.17 for the completion of the building.

The first installment of USD1,400 was handed over to the Principal of the school on 14 November 2010 at the HeNN Office in Kathmandu by Dr Upendra Mahato.

Mahato from HeNN Russia said he would add USD1,400 personally if the school demonstrated sincerity and commitment in its work.
