Help Nepal Network www.helpnepal.net [HeNN] would like to extend its warmest welcome to you and to honor your sense of responsibility, by getting involved in the process of changing, shaping and providing direction to a life of a Nepali child affected by ongoing conflict, (who otherwise will be heading towards a disastrous future without your support).
 Bhai Bahini literally means Brother and Sister in Nepali. A child of Nepali origin or any child in the world will sponsor a child affected by conflict in Nepal for his/her educational needs.
You or your child's commitment will be to support a child impacted by conflict till they become capable of living their own life and support financially. At this time the support will be till the end of high school.
100 % of your donation/contribution will go to the child that you support. HeNN will bear the overhead cost. Your donation will qualify for tax exemption in US as HeNN USA is a Federal Tax exempt non profit 501c (3) organization. Similarly, HeNN UK , HeNN Australia and HeNN Nepal also hold registered charity status.
• Develop affinity with Nepal . • Develop a sense of giving at an early age.
• See and show how an individual of a tender age can make a difference and nurture a "future".
• Help Nepal Network will identify and create a database of the Conflict Impacted Children (CIC) with pertinent information like age, sex, photograph, history, and medical and psychological reports. • HeNN will assign you a CIC to support and subsequently, only act as mediator between you and the CIC whom you will sponsor.
• The child will NOT be told about your financial support, however you can maintain interpersonal relationship.
• You/Your child will support CIC till they finish the high school. The average cost will be approximately 120$ US per annum, 33 cents /day payable in increments.
• Payments may be made directly to Help Nepal accounts.
• According to the number of sponsors available, new children will be recruited.
• HeNN will keep you informed periodically about the progresses and needs (if necessary) of the sponsored children.
• Your or your children's name will be mentioned in the HeNN website, unless you desire not to do so.
You can get involved by joining an independent committee that will be formed from the sponsors to oversee the finances, academic and other progresses of the sponsored children.
