Dr Pranab Gyawali (Chair) : A graduate of Guys and St. Thomas Hospital, Pranab recently completed his MRCP (UK). Currently is training as a Specialist Registrar in Gastroenterology in London. Pranab has also worked as a volunteer doctor in some of the remote parts of Nepal.
Dr. Rabin Pratap Singh (Vice Chair) : Rabin comes from Baglung, Nepal. He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from The University of Adelaide in South Australia, and has obtained MFDS at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is currently working as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in London.
Alka Nepali (General Secretary) : A graduate from the University of Southampton, Alka currently works as the Contracts and Development Manager for a Home Office project to integrate local refugees and asylum seekers within the wider community.
Prashidha Pradhan (Treasurer) : Is currently studying in the final year of The Association of Certified Chartered Accountant after completing an MBA. He is working with the Meridian College of Computing in London for IMIS teaching programme.
Julie Basnet (Social Secretary) : Works at Habib Bank AG Zurich in London and is also a part-time marketing officer for the Audience Research Department of the BBC World Service.
Anil Thapa (Member) : Anil graduated in Computer Science from London and holds Masters degree in Computer Networking. He is currently working as a System Engineer, in Reykjavík, Iceland. Earlier, he had worked as a System Administrator for South Bank University in London. Before coming to the UK, Anil was working with Mercantile Communications in Kathmandu .
Rabindra Mishra (Member): Founding Chair of HeNN. He voluntarily stepped down in 2004 to put in his words "help the institutionalisation of HeNN." He holds Masters degrees in International Politics (UK ), Journalism ( Pakistan ) and English Literature ( Nepal ). Works as a journalist with the BBC World Service in London. Though he earns his living by selling 'words,' he believes 'words' cannot bring real change, 'actions' can. Hence, the involvement in HeNN.
Ram Babu Shrestha (Member): Ram Babu graduated in Environmental Science from Kathmandu University and holds Masters degree in E-commerce from Sunderland University. He is a Cisco Certified Network Professional. He is currently working as Freelance IT Consultant, and also work as a lecturer in computer networking in a college in London.
